About the Stay and Reservation
- What is the check in and check out time?
- Check in time will be starting from 3:00 p.m., and the check out time will be 11:00 a.m.
- Do you accept credit cards?
- Yes. We accept the credit cards such as Visa, Master, Diners, Amex, JCB, China UnionPay, etc.
- Can I send my luggage in advance to the hotel or send it from the hotel?

Yes, you can. We offer a luggage service. To send luggage in advance, please address it to the front desk with the booking person's name and your check-in date. To send luggage from the hotel, you can use the delivery service available at the hotel's shop.

We provide a shuttle bus service to JR Ito Station from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This service operates on request, so please call us upon your arrival.

The cancellation fees are as follows:
No show: 100% of the accommodation fees
Notice on your check-in day: 100% of the accommodation fees
One day notice prior to your check-in day: 50% of the accommodation fees
Notice from 7 to 2 days prior to your check-in day: 30% of the accommodation fees
However, in case of natural disasters or unexpected accidents, we may waive the cancellation fees. Please contact us by phone for further assistance.

Children under junior high school age are not allowed to stay at the Ryokuyu.

- I forgot something at the Ryokan.

Lost and found items in the hotel will be kept at the front desk for 3 months.
However, please note that any valuables found will be reported to the nearest police station if they are left behind for more than one month.

Unfortunately, there are no vending machines in the Ryokan for beverages or cigarettes.
However please feel free to enjoy the beverages prepared in the refrigerators in the rooms. - Are there any parking lots?
- Yes, we do have parking lots available for the guests (free)
- Is it possible to leave my car before check-in or after check-out?
- It's possible. We may not be able to accept it depending on the status of reservation on the day, so please contact us in advance.
